SNS Work LLC is a registered co. to sell  Team USA Sports Wear in US. SNS work LLC strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding how we ship your "Team USA" sports apparel to ensure that you receive your items quickly and in excellent condition.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders).

3. Domestic Shipping

We proudly ship our "Team USA" apparel across the United States. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs processing times.

  • Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the order is shipped.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as severe weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance issues may cause delays. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at 908-397-0088 or via email at teamusa175@gmail.com with your order number.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you enter incorrect shipping information and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
